About us (me) 

My name is Radek Běhůnek, and the house where the apartments are located was inherited from my father. However, it looked nothing like it does today. It was a single-story building from the late 1970s, originally serving as a facility for supplying drinking water to the nearby housing estate. My father bought the building from the town of Kyjov in 2009, where he operated his small hobby machine workshop.

Unfortunately, my father passed away in 2020, and I began to think about what I could do with this house. 

Given the great and friendly relationship I had with my father, I knew he would have liked the idea of turning it into a residential building. I wanted the house to come alive, filled with joy, love, and positive energy. So, at the end of 2020, I began, along with my friend Viktor Kačer and my brother Ladislav, to build the house ourselves. In the end, we created seven residential units and two stylish apartments. From the moment you step into these apartments, you will be struck by the incredibly positive energy they emit. With their original and tastefully selected furnishings, harmony of colors, and materials, they are truly exceptional. For this, I owe thanks to two wonderful women, Zlata Voborská and Eva Mítková. I hope that when you visit the apartments, you will agree with me.

The town of Kyjov and its surroundings have much to offer, from traditional folklore and countless wine cellars to beautiful romantic nature, but above all, the ever-present friendly, smiling, and courteous people. I hope that your stay in the apartments will be an oasis of peace, relaxation, and a source of positive energy, and that you will want to return here.
